Welcome to our Long Beach slide show!   Long Beach is approximately 28 miles long and has a half-mile long boardwalk.  It is famous for clamming, beachcombing and the International Kite Festival.  Founded in 1805 by Lewis & Clark, it was originally inhabited by the Chinook Indians.  Settlers and the military moved in around 1850 or so, building the lighthouse at Cape Disappointment.  This show documents our trips together to Long Beach, Washington.  To begin the slide show, click on the arrow below.
