Our Maui Experience

December 19, 2001

Beep...Beep...Beep...

The alarm sounded at 5:00AM (again), as we hurried up to the Kihei boat ramp to meet Ed Robinson's Dive Adventures for our 1 1/2 hour  trip to the waters of Lana'i.  Visit our Lana'i site to Ed Robinson's boatread about that trip.

After returning from the dive, we hit B&B to pick up our underwater photos, where Charlie was very helpful and enthusiastic about helping us learn the art of underwater photography.  Most of the photos weren't worth keeping, but several found their way onto this site.

We met up with our friends, Banu & Jimmy, who were also in Maui at the time, and headed up to Paia on Maui's North Shore to check out their dad's condo, where he lives.  We went to Marco's restaurant in Kahului, which was adequate, but the waiter had a serious attitude.  Time to turn in, as we had to rise early for our trip to Molokai the next morning.
